1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Giveaway, entrants must be legal residents of British Columbia and be 19+ years of the age and have a valid Facebook account. Employees of Steve Marshall Ford and its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and the household members of any of the above, are eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. RELEASE

The Winner will be required to come to the dealership in Nanaimo to claim their prize and sign a Winner Release Form that confirms Winner’s eligibility for the Giveaway and acceptance of the Prize as offered.  By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to a photo being taken and allows the dealership to use said photos in various media including advertisements. The winner will be celebrated on our social media platforms.

3. GENERAL

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of Steve Marshall Ford which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. This contest is open to BC Residents aged 19+. Winner will be chosen from the comments by Random Name Generator on June 17th, and will then be announced via Facebook post the same day at 4pm. That person will have 24 hours to contact us before another winner is drawn.
