2020 has been in total disarray but 2021 is getting better. Much about last year led to major disappointment and confusion. We currently book the majority of vehicle service appointments over the phone, as we do not have public access to the inside of our service department.
In this post, we will be covering how to book YOUR service appointment in the most efficient way.
Step 1: Booking a Service Appointment, Think Ahead!
Planning ahead for the date your vehicle will need to be serviced can save you a lot of last-minute tension. Calling about 2 weeks prior will assure your vehicle service appointment will be on your desired date.
Step 2: Call Our Service Department (250) 758-7388
You will be kindly greeted by our service receptionist, who transfers calls to the appropriate service team members; including the service appointments line. And this is where it can get frustrating, am I right? Not having the ability to sit down and speak face to face, its easy to get caught in a phone tag match.
Step 3: Sent to Service Voicemail?
No need to panic, we won’t forget bout you! Leave a detailed message including:
- Your first and last name,
- Contact number,
- Year and model of the vehicle and
- The reason you want to book a service appointment.
Still not up to par?
Another alternative to request an appointment, is through our website, click ‘request service appointment’ under the service tab on our home page. Filling out and sending this form is NOT confirming your appointment date and time. It’s a request similar to leaving a voicemail, so we can call you back and verify that it works out on our end too!
What if I have an Emergency?
Drop-ins are ALWAYS available. While we can’t guarantee your vehicle can be serviced right away, we promise it would be left in loving hands until we can further diagnose the problem.
Loaner vehicles can also be requested as we don’t want to leave you without transportation. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs!
